ASRC Aerospace belongs to the ASRC Federal family of companies. ASRC Federal is a wholly owned subsidiary of Arctic Slope Regional Corporation, an Alaska Native Corporation formed under the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act. ASRC Aerospace is a highly diversified enterprise formed in November 1997 and a Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB).

We support 15 major contracts providing a base of 800+ personnel. We enjoy a strong commitment from our $1 billion parent corporation. This enables us to seamlessly respond to new contracts, contract scope changes, and surge requirements.

The segments are comprised of multiple operating units engaging primarily in U.S. Government contracts.

ASRC Aerospace Corporation is certified to ISO AS9100 International Aerospace Industry Standard for Quality Management at NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Florida. ASRC Aerospace also has ISO 9001:2008 certifications in Greenbelt, Md., and at NASA's Glenn Research Center in Cleveland.
